I recently stumbled upon this amazing recipe which combines two of my favorite treats… s’mores and chocolate cookies!

The cookies batter is ingenious and only requires four ingredients: devil’s food cake mix, eggs, light brown sugar, and butter.

I dipped the back of my cookie dough scoop in melted butter prior to flattening the dough balls to prevent sticking.

the cookies are just mouth-watering Stephanie, chocolate and mashmallows are a great combination, and now even with s’mores, that would be heaven
Thanks, Trang! They’re really tasty… we finished them off quickly!
those look delicious!!!!
Yum, these sound delicious! I love that your daughters helped you decorate.
YUM!! Never seen a recipe like this before. They look like they’d be super fun to decorate.
These look so yummy! I don’t know if I’ve asked you before (if I have, just ignore this) but where did you get your cookie scoop? I’m always looking for ones that other bakers recommend.
Hi Evani! OXO Good Grips makes a great cookie scoop that comes in three sizes. You can buy it from Amazon… here is the link: http://www.amazon.com/OXO-Grips-Medium-Cookie-Scoop/dp/B0000CDVD2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1362098215&sr=8-1&keywords=cookie+scoop
