This is my favorite chili recipe to date… it only requires one pot, the girls enjoy smashing up the beans with a potato masher, and the recipe makes enough to feed our family of four with plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day. We like to eat it over a bed of brown jasmine rice, but it’s also great for chili nachos. If you don’t like things too spicy, decrease the cayenne pepper by half. Enjoy!
love this gotta make it this week! xO!

I think you’ll really enjoy it!
Ooh, I’ve got to try this. The turkey chili recipe I use right now calls for 6 hours in the crock pot — this seems WAY less time consuming. Thanks for sharing, Steph!
This is definitely less time consuming! I love efficient recipes like this one with slow cooked flavor. Have a great day, Joy!
Oh, gosh, chili sounds so great right now. I usually make a vegetarian kind, but now I want to try this turkey version.
You could probably substitute another type of bean or chopped veggies for the turkey if you wanted.
Yum! now Im hungry!

It’s pretty fool proof. We love it!
Such a GREAT winter recipe and I can’t wait to try it!!!
I hope you get a chance to try it! It’s tasty and can be fairly healthy too, depending on how much sour cream/cheese you add on top.
Looks great!! Chili is a family favorite here!!
Thanks! We love it too. I like it mild, but my husband and girls actually prefer it on the spicy side…
Mmm mmm mmm, love that it only takes 30 min to finish too
Yes, love efficient recipes that taste like they took much longer to make. Have a wonderful day, Lisa!
My husband and I both love chili, it’s the perfect winter meal!

It’s almost cold enough here for it:)

Steph, you have no idea, but Chilli is one of my favourites ever. Never had it with turkey though, so when I am back home that will be my dinner, yeah so excited, it looks so delicious.
Happy new Year my lovely friend.

Thanks, Ani! So glad you’re going to try this when you get back… it’s a great winter meal!
OOOH! Turkey chili is my favorite kind! I have to figure out a way to make it paleo though, now that I am eating naturally and more wholesome. I’m cutting sugar out of my diet! Well, I will allow myself the occasional weekly reward, but that’s it! -Jess L
Best of luck to you on your new diet plans! I like the idea of the occasional reward to keep things balanced.
